Rules and Regulations

For all active patients, we offer a free online service, ” Patient Portal.”  This link allows  electronic communication with our staff.

  • Please call 911  for all medical emergencies
  • Please call the office directly for all urgent matters
  • The Patient Portal is designed for  appointment requests, medication refill request, updates to a personal health record, and selected non medical questions
  • Please allow 72 hours for  responses
  • We do not send any private health information to your e-mail
  • We will send you an e-mail only when necessary, to request that you access the secure Patient Portal, to review private healthcare information we have posted on your individual Patient Portal
  • Labortory results are available  for patients to view  after the results are published to the Patient Portal by the provider.

The following procedures relate to on-line communication with our patients:

  • A copy of all medically important Patient Portal communications are kept in your electronic medical record.
  • Due to unforeseen factors beyond our control, the Patient Portal may not be accessible. Please call the office with any questions you may have.
  • We will make every attempt to respond to your electronic communication within the framework we specified.  However, there may be times when this is not feasible, and you understand and agree to accept variation in response times and use other forms of communications with our office if Patient Portal responses are not satisfactory to you. If you have not had a response to your request, please contact our office via telephone.
  • We will send a notification to your e-mail address when a message has been sent to you in your Patient Portal
